The Powerhouse Theatre recently held a silent auction as a fundraiser for Theatre BC’s MAINSTAGE 2011. It took place during the run of Same Time, Another Year.
The winner is Ley Apsassin of Vernon, who has Season Tickets to this season’s productions.
Apsassin is a photographer who enjoys collecting Silver Star Mountain images. She made the highest bid for Maureen Krause's print entitled "Silver Star Ski School". (See photo below.)
The Powerhouse will be offering silent auctions in the foyer of the theatre during each of this season’s productions. These auctions will be open to all members of the public and the next will be held during the run of The Taming of the Shrew, from February 11th – 21st 2009.
